Ideal candidates should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Studies, Social Science, Rural Management, Agriculture, Agri-Marketing and Development Communication with at least 2 - 3 years’ experience in community mobilization for implementation of developmental programs / projects.
Proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati language, effective communication, and computer operations e.g. Windows, MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
