MAHITI so far reached to villages
in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar districts. In future it
would reach out to villages in Ananad and Kheda and
Surendranagar districts. The coastal villages of Bhal,
which are affected by adverse geo-climatic conditions
and natural disasters, would be given priority in
interventions. In case of natural disasters MAHITI
will respond for relief and rehabilitation considering
entire Gujarat as its work area. In immediate future
MAHITI would expand to 9 blocks of the above mentioned
districts covering more than 25000 families. |
